Laragh Trail Run is a volunteer-driven fundraiser 6 km and 12 km trail run in the beautiful Wicklow National Park. Over the years Laragh Trail Run has gained a reputation as one of the most welcoming, inclusive trail running events on the calendar and the one with the most spectacular feed for runners afterwards.
The event is open to all and is suitable for all levels of fitness provided you can walk or run a hilly 6 km or run a 12 km trail.
The trail run is organised by the Parents’ Association of Scoil Choimhín Naofa, Glendalough. The objective of the run is to raise funds annually for the school. The school provides quality education to a diverse student body.
The event is a celebration of the beautiful environment of the Wicklow uplands and promotes Laragh as a mountain village ideal for healthy and active lifestyles. The event brings together the community and the walkers, runners and visitors who spend time in this scenic part of County Wicklow.
